BeLean is a program management platform to define, decide on, track, and review improvement activities across all levels of the organization and across multiple locations and companies.
It digitalized the initiative lists and makes them available and trackable even across groups and systematizes improvement process and allows for a tracking of improvement status and impact vs. plan.
Step 1
Idea Collection and Categorization
- Ideas for improving internal processes and operations are collected. These originate from various areas such as production and the shop floor level.
- The collected ideas are evaluated and categorized to facilitate implementation.
Step 2
Implementation and testing of Actions
- The selected ideas, referred to as “Actions,” are implemented and tested over a defined period.
- Relevant data is collected during the implementation period to monitor progress.
Step 3
Evaluating of Results
- After the implementation period, the results of the Actions are evaluated.
- The collected data is analyzed to assess the success of the Actions and plan future improvements.
